Application
metal filament brushes are available with mild steel, stainless steels, brass, and phosphor bronze filaments, with galvanized steel or stainless steel channel materials.

Standard Filaments: stainless steels T316L,T201,T206 and T304, brass, mild steel, and phosphor bronze.
Standard Filament Diameters (inches): 0.003, 0.004, 0.005, 0.008, 0.010 and 0.012.

Brush Body Materials: stainless steels T316L and T304.
Brush Body Sizes: Customize depends on your requirement.
In addition to our standard materials, we have the capability to manufacture brushes and holders from less common materials, such as holders from  brass. Let us know should your needs require brushes and/or holders constructed of “non-standard” materials.
