. Chemical composition by OBLF spectrometer,
. Microstructure tester after heat treatment.
. Crack by MR detector.
. Dimension can de controlled by CMM.
4. Reports supplied:

5.Advantages:

1)Main equipment: CNC lathe, automatic lathe, grinder, thread rolling machine, tapping drilling machine etc,
. CNC machining facilities Japan origin;

2)Measuring & testing equipment: Microstructure, Hardness tester, Coating tester, Crake tester, ect
. Chemical composition assured by OBLF spectrometer;
3)Quality assurance in accordance with ISO9001: 2008
4) Process: Sand casting, investment casting, forging, CNC machining.
